ORDERING

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse the shop, add your favorite items to the cart, and complete checkout with your preferred payment method! You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept all major credit cards.
I can only accept cash if I’m attending an event.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Aside from stickers and buttons, my items are made to order. Processing entirely depends on what I am making. A small dice pouch, either crocheted or sewn, can take me a day (depending on materials on hand) and a plush or doll, either crocheted or sewn, can take me at least 14 business days. Each listing will have the specifics!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, I only ship within the United States.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Simply click on the link to see delivery options and updates.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because each piece is handmade and uniquely yours, I do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review item details carefully before purchasing.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If damage occurs in transit, contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to replace or refund the damaged piece.

CUSTOM ORDERS

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN OR COLOR?

Absolutely! I love collaborating on special requests. Send me a message with your ideas, and I’ll share a time and quote.

WHAT’S THE CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS?

  • You share your concept and preferred colors

  • I send a rough sketch and cost estimate

  • Once approved and paid, I create your piece

  • I’ll send photos for final approval before shipping

PRODUCT CARE

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HANDMADE ITEMS?

  • Gently spot clean with a damp cloth

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat

  • Store in a dry place to prevent any damage or fading
